Senior Global Brand Manager

As a Senior Global Brand Manager, you'll be the driving force behind developing and executing global product strategies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, from design and development to finance, to bring innovative products to market. Your insights and leadership will be essential in identifying new trends, understanding consumer needs, and translating those opportunities into revenue growth. Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive go-to-market product strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute brand initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage consumer and social insights to drive product innovation and exceed market demands.
• Collaborate with the global supply chain to optimize development costs and improve efficiency.
• Communicate brand activities and key information to internal business partners.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to understand market trends, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional brand plans.
• Maintain and manage product information within internal systems.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Proven understanding of product development and go-to-market processes.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking skills with an agile and flexible approach.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Business and financial acumen, including analytical skills.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent work experience.
• A passion for the toy industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $63.49 to $70.55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
