Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Early Career Program (ECP) is a rotational program that introduces college graduates to METTLER TOLEDO, a leading global manufacturing company.
As an ECP Marketing & Business Analytics Specialist, you'll gain experience, tackle challenges, and expand your professional network and skill set while completing rotations across our core business areas and cross-functional teams. Working with us, you'll be generating and nurturing leads, conducting industry research, analyzing data to understand trends, and producing content to drive the strategy that powers our B2B digital marketing initiatives.

The selected candidate will start in June 2026, and will be required to relocate to the Columbus, OH area if not already local.
To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring any employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This includes CPT, OPT, F-1, J-1, H-1B, or any other employment-based visa. What You Need to Succeed
