Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Early Career Program (ECP) is a rotational program that introduces college graduates to METTLER TOLEDO, a leading global manufacturing company.
As an ECP Financial Analyst, you'll gain experience, tackle challenges, and expand your professional network and skill set while completing rotations across our core teams. You'll gain an in-depth understanding of an array of corporate finance functions, such as Financial Reporting, Accounting, Global Pricing, and Internal Audit. You'll conduct pricing analyses, support month-end and year-end close, investigate customer profitability, conduct audits to test operational controls at off-site locations, and more.

The selected candidate will start in June 2026, and will be required to relocate to the Columbus, OH area if not already local.
To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring any employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This includes CPT, OPT, F-1, J-1, H-1B, or any other employment-based visa. What You Need to Succeed
