As a HR Shared Services Specialist your goal is to coordinate and maintain HR programs, policies, and procedures including: program administration, fielding employee inquiries, reporting, vendor management, and continuous improvement. #LI-MD1 #LI-Hybrid You will do this by:
- Coordinating the day-to-day administration of all internal and external requests for assigned HR programs and policies, (ie: tuition reimbursement, relocation, travel program management,, corporate expense program , fleet program , etc.)
- Ensuring program and policy administration is performed in accordance with Company policies and guidelines along with applicable state and federal regulations
- Providing vendor management support for assigned programs, including problem resolution, research and interpretation of issues, reporting, policy and procedural support
- Collaborating with all HR functions and third-party vendors to ensure systems and actions meet the company's needs
- Administering the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Coordinating with the business and third-party vendors to support learning and development opportunities within the LMS
- Assessing, developing and delivering new and ongoing end user training to ensure efficient utilization for assigned programs
- Coordinating the communication and rollout of new processes, systems and related initiatives
- Reviewing internal and external operations on a periodic basis to ensure effective and policy-compliant administration
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are updated and maintained on employee and manager sites
- Setting up new vendors and assisting in invoice processing for HR vendors

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field OR equivalent education and experience
- Previous experience in human resources or related area

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
