We seek an experienced Gift Processing and Constituent Data Analyst to join the Office of Philanthropy &Alumni Engagement. Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement Services, The Gift Processing Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and compliant recording of charitable contributions in accordance with CASE guidelines and IRS regulations. This exempt-level position requires a high degree of independent judgment, research, and complex decision-making. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert and trusted partner to key stakeholders across the institution, including Donor Relations, Stewardship, Gift Officers, and the Controller's Office. The analyst is also expected to actively contribute to a team culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
