What You Will Do

As a key member of our Americas Regional Fulfillment Center team, you'll be at the heart of our mission to exceed customer expectations. This is more than just a coordination role; it's a chance to apply your proven organizational skills and unwavering sense of urgency to ensure every customer demand is met with speed and precision.

You will be the central point of contact for a diverse and interconnected network of teams, from Master Planners to Shipping & Logistics. Your ability to foster strong relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial as you interface with Demand Execution Specialists, Production Buyers, Operations Finance, and more.   • Manage end-to-end purchase orders and ensure timely shipment of open orders.

  • Manage demand forecasts and monitor product availability.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer issue resolution and order adjustments.

  • Oversee new product introductions, and ensure product and process compliance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive efficiency.

  • Prepare status reports and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

  • Support quality issue resolution efforts.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to identify client expansion opportunities and escalate customer needs or issues.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent or minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Self-starter with ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices and systems.

  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-functional organization while demonstrating positive and a service oriented approach.

  • Proven problem solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical skills and proficiency using Excel and other MS Office application software.

About Trimble's Operation Department

The Dayton operations team is a foundational pillar supporting Trimble's diverse portfolio, particularly in its Service Technologies and Service Provider Support departments. Their work directly contributes to meeting customer demand and maintaining product quality, making them a crucial link between manufacturing and customer satisfaction

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
