The Opportunity The Environmental Health Safety and Risk Program Coordinator serves as a key operation and compliance lead within the EHS and Risk Management office. This position supports both the University's insurance and risk management functions and its environmental health and safety programs. Responsibilities include managing insurance renewals and claims, reviewing contracts and certificates of insurance, coordinating core safety workflows, and maintaining compliance documentation. This position supports Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which operates residential campuses in Daytona Beach, Florida and Prescott, Arizona, as well as a robust Worldwide campus network serving students across the globe. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to streamline workflows, support regulatory compliance, and enhance risk mitigation efforts across the institution.
