EDI Transactions Specialist

About the Role:

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for
EDI transactions? We're looking for an EDI Transactions Specialist to monitor,
analyze, and manage inbound and outbound data files that keep our energy
operations running smoothly. You'll play a key role in resolving enrollment and
billing issues, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting our Utility
Relations and Billing Transactions teams. If you're passionate about data
accuracy and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment-this could be
the perfect fit!

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound Electronic Data
  Interchange (EDI) transactions to support customer enrollment and billing
  workflows for ResidentShield Power
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to
  troubleshoot and resolve enrollment or billing issues
• Investigate and resolve file exceptions to ensure accurate
  and timely data processing

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or
  related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• One year of experience in data processing, transaction
  support, or a related administrative or operations role
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
• Basic problem-solving and data review skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including
  Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow established procedures and escalate issues
  appropriately
• Ability to manage time and stay organized in a
  deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to process
  changes
• General understanding of customer enrollment or billing
  workflows preferred

Ideal to Have:

• Experience working with electronic data systems or customer
  account management tools preferred
• Familiarity with EDI transactions or the retail energy
  industry a plus
