About the Role:

We are looking for reliable, motivated, team players with
great attention to detail to work on Yardi's Processing Team! This is an onsite
position.
What You'll Do:
- Open and sort a high volume of incoming mail quickly and
accurately. - Scan documents and upload contents into the company's
database. - Perform data entry to ensure information is recorded and
organized correctly. - Support the team with other clerical tasks as needed to keep
operations running smoothly.
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma, or GED
- Prior data entry experience with keystrokes of at least
10,000 per hour - Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety
of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Helpful to have:
- Ability to use a PDF scanner
