About The Role:

Join Epiroc's dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) team, where innovation meets performance. The PMO intern is responsible for establishing and overseeing project management across the site. This includes providing guidance, support, and resources to project managers and teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and optimizing project processes and results. The PMO enhances efficiency and communication throughout the site.



Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and escalate projects that are not progressing as planned
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop site-wide Gantt chart for all projects
  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Montior and report on project KPIs
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and the site
  • Maintain project reports and assist in developing presentations
  • Track project planning and escalate when multiple projects require the same resources
  • Communicate upcoming project timelines during weekly meetings with stakeholders



Skills & Qualifications:



  • Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with project management software (i.e. MS Project, Asana)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and problem solving
  • Ability to adapt, respond, and communicate changing project requirements
  • PMP certification is not required, but would be a significant plus
