About the role:

CLA is looking to hire a Clerical Timekeeper for our on-siteContract Services team in Pontiac, Illinois. Not only will you get top-notch training, but you'll also get a chance to work with the best group of people in the industry!

As a Clerical Time Keeper, you will:

• Review time reports, check the payroll system for irregularities and discrepancies, and assist with creating payroll documents for employees' pay hours.
• Have excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office programs, email and database knowledge is necessary.
• You will be communicating frequently with supervisors and employees about employee pay hours. Great communication skills and a dynamic personality are highly desired for this interactive position in a factory environment.

What you will need:

• A successful timekeeper will be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical ability & good computer skills.
• High initiative and the drive to work ahead when time allows is a successful trait in this position.
• The ability to organize tasks and prioritize work is essential to the efficient completion of daily work.
• Willingness to assist others as needed is very important.
• These talents along with your High School diploma will give you the tools needed for this rewarding opportunity.
• Workday experience is preferred, although not a requirement.
