Position Title: Powder Coating/Industrial Production Painter

Reporting to: Production Manager

Department: Manufacturing

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Hand spraying parts with liquid or powder coating processes

* Cleaning and prepping parts prior to painting

* Working in Powder or Blasting Booths for extended periods of time

* Ensure compliance with company policies

* Perform physical activities including lifting 50 pound boxes

* Maintain safe workplace and ensure that safety is the highest priority

* Performs other duties as required

* Ensure all tools/equipment are returned to assigned place when not in use

QUALIFICATIONS

* High School Diploma

* Experience as a Powder Coater preferred

* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

* Must be willing and able to perform physical activities including lifting 50+ pounds

* Must be able to work well with other employees and communicate effectively

WORK CONDITIONS

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

This position regularly requires walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling and climbing stairs. It also often requires pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a variety of weather conditions and noise levels.
