Financial Analyst, Experienced

Your Role

The Shared Services Pricing team is responsible for providing consolidation, reporting, and analysis support for all line of business. The Financial Analyst, Experienced will report to the Shared Services Pricing Director. In this role you will collaborate with other stakeholders (actuarial, accounting, enterprise finance, growth solutions) to work through monthly close deliverables and develop analysis on financial results.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
• Practical knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and best practices preferred, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
• Strong MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills required, Hyperion Essbase experience preferred, and SQL/SAS experience preferred
• Ability to take complex problems or sets of data and create meaningful and concise recommendations or reports
• Requires ability to adapt quickly to change and shifting directions
• Strong business aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
