Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Sparks, NV. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Write technical work instructions for manufacturing.
  • Participate in the release of the new products to manufacturing.
  • Build manufacturing fixtures and jigs.
  • Resolve problems and make routine recommendations.
  • Assist engineers in troubleshooting and modifications.
  • Operate manufacturing, test, development, or diagnostic equipment.
  • Work independently under general supervision.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $30 - $33/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (8 AM - 5 PM)

Length: Contract to direct.

Job Requirements
Here's what requirements you'll need:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Engineering Technician
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with CAD and configuration management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Here's what sets you apart from other candidates our clients prefer:
  • Associate's Degree
  • Previous experience applying engineering technology theories.
  • Ability to operate manufacturing, test, development, or diagnostic equipment and adhere to safety policies.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to function effectively in a cross-disciplinary environment.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be needed to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, bend, and lift to 25 lbs.
