For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary:
The Patient Service Representative role will greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with the federal, state and MaineHealth confidentiality policies.

Facilities Operating hours: Monday - Friday 7:30AM-5:30PM

• This position is part of our Rehab Services office
• Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday's. Occasional coverage on other days as needed.
• This position is fully onsite in North Conway, NH

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High School degree or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Experience in customer service preferred. Experience in a medical office preferred.
