Position Overview
Monarch Electric is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to support and back up our Outside Sales team. This individual will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Track down material availability and resolve backorder issues.
• Communicate with vendors to source products, confirm lead times, and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests, providing quotes and product information as needed.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales Representative to ensure seamless service and account coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience in the electrical supply or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of commodities and a wide range of electrical parts and products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with order entry systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
