Manage a large portfolio of requisitions, balancing urgency and quality in every search. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strong recruiting strategies. Source, screen, and close candidates across multiple disciplines, with an emphasis on construction and subcontractor-related roles. Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and support team goals by aligning efforts with peers. Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-up. Leverage data and reporting to track progress, share insights, and drive accountability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent years of recruiting experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. 4+ years of recruiting experience, with proven success in high-volume environments. Experience in construction or related industries strongly preferred. Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow, while staying aligned with the broader recruiting team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple searches in a fast-changing environment. Excellent relationship management skills with both candidates and hiring teams. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability are critical. Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
