Nestle Regional Globe Office North America, Inc. seeks Manager IT BRM/FRM (multiple positions) in St Louis MO

Duties: Ensure seamless delivery of extended product solutions and services for the E2E scope of control. Accountable for the demand management processes within Information Technology ("IT") streams and works with the product and platform owners and managers to simplify service offerings, and prioritize market feature requirements. Lead regular interactions between both organizations to inform and maintain alignment in product vision. Provide direction to internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate, and refine product vision, strategy, definitions, and roadmaps which include continuous improvement and capability building. Work with product managers to ensure the business capabilities and business requirements are met in terms of integration of technical architecture across one or more product groups based on enterprise business strategy. Align Project Management Office (PMO) for larger cross product and stream initiatives between IT and Information System ("IS") practices and compliance. Manage the alignment of company stakeholders and teams involved in product development. Collaborate with receiver teams on strategic applications and technology roadmap. Provide insight into business disruptions caused by major incidents but also re-occurring incidents that create business disruptions and unplanned outages. Regular review of sustain performance, identify improvement areas and address them to the product owners and managers.

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or in an Information Technology role within the manufacturing industry. Required experience must include all of the following:

  • 7 years of Platforms experience with SAP, Network, Datacenter and Cloud in a global environment with both internal and external virtual teams;
  • 7 years of experience in project management including waterfall, scrum and scaled agile;
  • 7 years of experience in IT delivery, demand management, and capacity-planning;
  • 5 years of experience using Scaled agile, Lean methodology, Waterfall, and Scrum framework for project and program management;
  • 5 years of experience working with SAP and network infrastructures;
  • 5 years of experience working with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, GCP, and Edge computing;
  • 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365, analytics, servers, applications, databases, and APIs;
  • 5 years of experience in production development, delivery, and maintenance;
  • 5 years of experience in IT security and compliance management;
  • 5 years of experience in risk assessment and management;
  • 5 years of experience designing communication strategy;
  • 5 years of experience in stakeholders management;
  • 4 years of experience in crisis management;
  • 3 years of experience in IT governance processes that enable prioritization across multiple options.
