Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager Affiliate

YOUR MISSION
  • Manage the agency of record, monitor delivery and campaign performance on an ongoing basis and generate campaign performance reports, provide performance analysis and execute on that analysis to ensure ROI targets are achieved
  • Expand the development and diversification of partners while maintaining relationships with affiliates to motivate partners to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with in-house creative in developing creative needs and ensure requests are fulfilled and match desired product
  • Work cross functionally across all DTC functions to determine needs for promotions and product launches - including landing pages, creative, site content, physical stores, and promotion/product set up
  • Monitor competitive landscape in the affiliate space and provide strategic solutions to provide best in class programs
  • Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring brand voice and messaging is not infringed upon and that the correct verbiage is always used; escalate internally if any egregious infringements persist
  • Establish best practices in growing the program for each market (US & Canada) along with active collaboration with global counterparts
  • Analyze and report on affiliate performance metrics to internal stakeholders and deliver actionable insights
  • Lead initiatives to drive in-store traffic through Affiliate marketing program in partnership with the Senior Retail Marketing Manager
  • Oversee the PUMA Referral program, working closely with vendor partner and Retention marketing team to measure and enhance performance
  • Partner with the social media team to integrate influencers/content creators into upper-funnel affiliate programs
YOUR TALENT
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, either in-house with an agency, at an agency or managing affiliate programs directly
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, communications, or a related field - or equivalent experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-pacing retail environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to produce data-driven reports to properly identify opportunities for growth
  • Proven ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, adapt quickly in a direct-to-consumer environment
  • Strategic thinker who also has comfort in tactical execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, as well as collaboration platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Fluency with the retail/ecommerce landscape, including trends, platforms, and customer behavior
  • Retail, sportswear, or fashion industry experience/interest highly preferred
