The Project Manager will oversee critical initiatives across all verticals within analytics: quality, value based care incentives, risk adjustment, affordability, and operations analytics, ensuring workstreams are well-tracked, documented, and delivered on time. This role is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and providing organizational support to remove barriers to execution. The Project Manager is a critical connector between analytics, business team members, and technology teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to drive accountability across diverse stakeholders.

If you are located in Chappaqua, NY, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop workflow management system to track workstreams across entire analytics team, starting with quality, operations dashboard/reporting, and incentive payment deliverables
  • Manage project timelines by coordinating with internal team members, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule, and providing organizational support to resolve roadblocks
  • Oversee all value-based care incentive projects, including employed, IPA, patient, and any ad hoc programs, by maintaining a comprehensive inventory, documentation of timelines, data sources, requirements, and payment files
  • Lead project management for analytics workstreams, ensuring deliverables align with business and contractual requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on quality / affordability programs and contracts, including measure updates, requirements, data sources, and ETL processes
  • Organize required data delivery from other teams and external organizations by communicating clear requirements, following up proactively to ensure data is delivered accurately / on time, and partnering with IT resources to manages FTP processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in a data-driven or healthcare setting
  • Experience working with analytics teams or in a data-focused environment, with comfort navigating ambiguity and siloed data sources
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain workflow tracking systems across multiple teams
  • Solid cross-functional communication skills, with experience partnering effectively with data analysts, leadership, and clinical stakeholders
  • Proactive communicator who follows up consistently with internal and external partners to drive tasks to completion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare or value-based care, particularly with quality, clinical, or claims data
  • Familiarity with HEDIS, STARs, or other quality program measures

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
