The Project Manager will oversee critical initiatives across all verticals within analytics: quality, value based care incentives, risk adjustment, affordability, and operations analytics, ensuring workstreams are well-tracked, documented, and delivered on time. This role is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and providing organizational support to remove barriers to execution. The Project Manager is a critical connector between analytics, business team members, and technology teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to drive accountability across diverse stakeholders. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
