Overview

As the Project Trainer on our $4.6B SR400 Toll Lanes Project, you will coordinate and conduct project-specific training to ensure project-site employees' knowledge, understanding and compliance with specified requirements. You will deliver project team provided training to project-site employees accurately and within designated timelines.



What you will be doing

    Delivers provided training material to project-site employee audience in an engaging and digestible manner.
  • Tracks training attendance and creates multiple opportunities for employee attendance.
  • Provides logistical support for training classes and programs.
  • Coordinates training events to include rooms, instructors, participants, registration sites, preparation of class and event engagement activities, such as surveys and polls. Orders and prepares all items necessary for a successful class/program including catering, class materials, equipment, etc.
  • Coordinates, updates, and retrieves content from online repositories.
  • Proactively manages tasks to mitigate known and unexpected issues that could impact the timely and successful execution of an event or program.
  • Provides facilitation support during live and remotely delivered classes (e.g., assist with class exercises and interactions, run virtual meetings, troubleshoot access or other technical issues for attendees and presenters).
  • Updates provided training materials to current branding standards.
  • Draft written communication to employees, including senior leaders.
  • Perform additional assignments per management's direction.


What we are looking for

  • Associate's Degree or 2-year Diploma in a related field preferred.
  • 4+ year experience delivering training content, or related learning experience required.
  • Previous experience planning events (ideally training events) for internal and/or external customers.
  • Experience supporting classes or events in person and/or virtually.
  • Prior experience developing or refining learning and development content preferred.
  • Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Pro, experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal business communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage work assignments to meet project deadlines.
