 In the role of Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineering), we'll count on you to:
 
      Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out)Responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving a large project staffProduce and coordinate several projects concurrentlyEstablish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production activitiesConduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholdersCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on scheduleTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and scheduleWork with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviewsImplement QA/QC proceduresProvide technical reviews and guidance related to design, construction, agency coordination, and overall project implementationPerform engineering assignments requiring critical thinking and creativity to address unique elements that have limited or no specific code-based guidanceSupervise large project staffs and mentor less-experienced Engineers and Project ManagersAssume leadership responsibilities in support of key clients including local irrigation districts, flood control agencies, California Department of Water Resources, and the United States Army Corps of EngineersPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications 
      Master's degreePMP certificationMust have the ability to interact with multi-disciplinary teams, have excellent organizational and communication skillsExperience building a cohesive team culture and managing team members in various locations Demonstratable experience delivering dams, levees, and heavy civil work projectsEngineering support during construction or construction field experience
   Required Qualifications 
  
      Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10 years related experience A minimum 5 years project management experience 
        Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example:
