As a Solutions Architect focused on ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB), you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient architectures that drive operational excellence and digital transformation.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, relevant work experience

  • 7 years of relevant experience

It would be great if you also have....

  • Experience with designing functional architecture for Software as a Service (SaaS)-based applications

  • Familiarity with integration and automation best practices

  • ServiceNow certifications

  • Experience working with Agile development teams

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Architect and lead the design of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB solutions tailored to business needs.

  • Define and enforce CMDB data models, discovery strategies, and integration patterns.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security through best practices and governance.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and solution analysts.

  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and process optimization.

  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends.

About the Team

You'll be joining a globally distributed ServiceNow team with colleagues located across multiple office locations. The team is composed of a Product Owner, Solution Analysts, a Technical Architect, and engineers who specialize in key areas including Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Service Management (ITSM), and the Service Catalog. Together, we drive innovation and deliver scalable solutions that support enterprise-wide service delivery and operational excellence.

Hours of Work

The position follows standard business hours, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with additional hours as needed to support project deliverables, deadlines and critical business needs.
