Per Diem Psychologist McLean School & Summer Camp Consultation Service
Job Summary Develops culturally responsive educational materials addressing mental health within the Latinx or Brazilian community. Designs and produces multimedia resources-including videos, PowerPoint presentations, and written handouts-that provide evidence-based information and practical strategies for caregivers, youth, and/or school-based professionals. These resources are tailored to reflect Latinx or Brazilian cultural values, language preferences, and lived experiences to enhance accessibility, relevance, and impact. Essential Functions (Key Roles & Responsibilities) Conducts literature reviews on Latinx and/or Brazilian evidence-based mental health practices Develops content to include in educational resources Creates PowerPoint slides and word documents focused on evidence-based practices for caregivers, youth, and/or school-based professionals Participates collaborative planning meetings to evaluate project progress, identify challenges, and strategize next steps for ongoing work Default Job Description Default Add'l Job Description The McLean Hospital Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
