Position Title: Powder Coater
Wage: $18.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday, Overtime on Friday Mornings as Needed) Are your skills not being fully utilized? This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply now! Powder Coater Responsibilities: - Preparing metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and removing contaminants - Applying powder coating using electrostatic spray guns - Operating and maintaining powder coating equipment, including spray guns, booths and curing ovens - Conducting quality control checks to ensure powder-coated parts meet standards - Assisting with packaging and preparing completed parts for shipment Requirements for Powder Coater: - Previous experience in powder coating - Proficiency in operating powder coating equipment - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment maintenance - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Good problem-solving skills and adaptability janesville@qpsemployment.com IND028 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
