Overview
Under the supervision of the RN Supervisor, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skill in the provision and management of care to new and existing team members. Conduct pre and post hire screening, immunizations, and/or physicals as needed and assures regulatory compliance with JC, DNV, IDPH, OSHA, CDC and any other regulatory bodies. Qualifications Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA); Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), Education: College Diploma: Nursing, Work Experience: Nursing Responsibilities Carries out the new employee, pre -placement process, ensuring new hires are cleared to work meeting the organization requirements. Reviews and coordinates vaccination education, administration, and follow up. Provides immunizations as required and requested by new hire or employee. Documents all information into employee health software and employee health chart. Communicates with new hire and talent acquisition team as needed for updates through the process. Participates in Annual Employee Health Programs. Participates in annual Influenza Vaccination programs. Participates in annual Respiratory fit test tracking. Ensures appropriate record keeping for all programs. Exhibits good Infection Control practice. Provides leadership for initiatives designed to improve quality of care or clinical outcomes. Performs immunization reviews & administers vaccines, as needed. Counsels' patients/employees on BBEs. Participates in initial and annual respiratory N95/PAPR compliance training and testing Participates in annual Flu Vaccination Program and accurate record keeping. About Us Find it here. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $30.39per hour - $52.27per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
