Project Management Intern

As an Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to real-world program and project management practices, learn from experienced project managers, and contribute to the tools and processes that help drive delivery of innovative solutions. This is a learning-focused opportunity designed to give you practical skills and insights into project management in a global manufacturing and technology environment.

During this internship, you will work alongside project managers and engineering leaders to support ongoing initiatives. Your learning and responsibilities may include:

• Project Planning & Tracking - Learn how to develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, and reports.
• Collaboration & Communication - Participate in cross-functional team meetings, capturing key updates, risks, and decisions.
• Risk & Issue Management - Observe how project managers identify, track, and escalate project risks and resource challenges.
• Tools & Processes - Gain hands-on exposure to Komatsu's project management methodologies, templates, and tracking systems.
• Continuous Improvement - Support initiatives that improve program management tools, reporting, and knowledge sharing across the team.
