*Description*
* Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and functional solutions. * Document technical requirements, configurations, and process flows to support system enhancements and compliance. * Configure, manage, and maintain Workday Talent Management functionality including: * Performance Reviews * Feedback * Goals * Succession Planning * Talent Reviews * Design and implement Workday Skills Cloud architecture, including taxonomy and mapping across job profiles, requisitions, and worker profiles. * Ensure seamless integration of Skills Cloud with existing HR Tech tools and accurate data mapping. * Lead and support Talent Management projects, ensuring solutions meet business needs and align with governance standards and best practices. * Conduct system testing (unit, integration, performance) to validate reliability and scalability of configurations. * Provide end-user support and training on Workday Talent and Skills functionalities. * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with Tech and Data Operations teams. * Stay current with Workday releases and proactively assess impact on Talent Management functionality. *Skills* workday, workday talent management, talent management, Requirements gathering, Product management, User stories, configuration, testing, UAT *Location:* San Jose (SJ) priority, or Austin, TX preferred Ideally 2 days/week onsite (Tues/Thurs) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
