Description Join Green Bay Packaging Folding Carton - Our Team is searching for you to be our next Sheeter Operator! Are you a reliable, quality-focused individual with mechanical know-how? We're seeking a Sheeter Operator to run our Marquip Sheeter and help us maintain top-tier production standards. Responsibilities: Set up jobs: retrieve, feed, slit/trim rolls Operate machinery at peak efficiency Follow job-specific instructions and procedures Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed Ensure product meets quality specifications Maintain accurate inventory records Perform additional duties as assigned What You Bring: Strong attention to detail and quality Clear communication skills Basic computer proficiency Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Experience with clamp trucks, forklifts, and rider pallet jacks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Prior manufacturing experience is a plus-but not required! Must be able to work 2nd shift (Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm), with some overtime/weekend work Training for this position could be on 1st Shift (Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm), for up first 120 days of employment Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Ready to Make an Impact?
