Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension) Pay Rate: $21/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, Shifts between 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM About the Company We are a leading third-party recruiting firm partnering with top-tier organizations to deliver exceptional talent across technical and support roles. Our client, a major player in the aerospace industry, is expanding its mobile device support program and seeking entry-level technicians to join their on-site team in Everett, WA. Position Summary We are hiring Mobile Device Deployment Technicians to support the rollout of new smartphones to employees. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for candidates with experience in technical support, mobile device troubleshooting, and user training. Key Responsibilities * Provision and deploy smartphones to employees * Provide first-level support for mobile devices via phone, email, and ticketing systems * Train users on proper smartphone usage (one-on-one, classroom, or web-based formats) * Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tagging * Install applications and configure security settings on devices * Use Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools for updates and asset tracking * Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, calendar planning, and email coordination * Keep training and support areas clean and organized Qualifications * Strong customer service and communication skills * Basic technical knowledge of mobile phones and PC troubleshooting * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively * Comfortable working in a training room or kiosk-style environment * Reliable transportation to and from the Everett site * Flexible availability between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM * High school diploma or GED required * Basic computer skills (minimum 30 WPM typing speed) Why Apply? * Gain hands-on experience in a large-scale enterprise environment * Opportunity to grow your technical and customer service skills * Work in a collaborative and supportive team setting * Competitive hourly pay and consistent weekday schedule Ready to Join?
