TEKsystems is looking for a *Process Consultant* to support one of our top clients in a remote capacity. This role offers exposure to large-scale SaaS implementations, collaboration across teams, and the opportunity to work on a high-impact Workday project. The client values strong process design experience, stakeholder engagement, and business process mapping.
*Top Skills:* * Experience with Workday or similar SaaS vendor implementations * Strong process management and documentation skills * Proficient in process diagramming using Blueworks Live and VISIO * Familiarity with ERP systems and business process methodologies * Ability to gather and interpret stakeholder input across functional areas *Job Description:* This Process Consultant will be embedded within cross-functional teams, conducting interviews, creating business process maps, and contributing to process design efforts. Responsibilities include documenting processes, identifying requirements for new or existing workflows, and supporting adoption of technology improvements through prototyping, pilots, and customer scenarios. The consultant will work in an *Agile environment*, owning end-to-end process designs and collaborating across the organization to meet business goals. A background in HCM or SaaS implementations is highly preferred. *Additional Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, HR, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in process design/redesign * In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of relevant experience will be considered * Strong collaboration and communication skills * Experience with large-scale programs is a plus *Work Environment:* * *Remote* * *Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM EST * *Overtime:* Not expected *Why This Role Stands Out:* This is a great opportunity to work on a *Workday implementation*, one of the leading SaaS platforms in the industry.
