Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join our high-impact Enterprise Engineering & Architecture (TAE) Lead Integrator Team. In this role, you'll bring deep systems engineering and integration expertise to help modernize the GEOINT architecture and enhance mission capabilities across the enterprise. You'll apply your knowledge of the GEOINT Enterprise Architecture and the full TCPED cycle (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) to support integration efforts across NGA Program Executive Offices (PEOs). This includes aligning activities, ensuring enterprise-wide coordination, and maintaining accurate documentation of architecture, requirements, and interfaces. Partner with Government stakeholders to define and implement integration processes across NGA PEOs and supporting organizations In this position, you'll act as a strategic integrator and technical advisor, working directly with senior government leaders and stakeholders. You'll help shape the future of GEOINT by ensuring enterprise services and systems are delivered in a coordinated, efficient, and mission-aligned manner. Your ability to foster relationships across agencies and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives will be key to delivering modern, integrated GEOINT solutions at scale. Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
