Take a peek into what makes us different here: https://youtu.be/AIt17t_uJ-A?si=oSMy5zQeUcb_faE3 Position Summary: The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist plays a key role in supporting the AP team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee reimbursements, vendor and subconsultant payments, and credit card reconciliations. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process weekly check runs in alignment with payment schedules. Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds to vendors and subconsultants. Process and validate employee expense reports for compliance and accuracy. Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding expense submissions. Proactively follow up with employees to ensure timely submission of expenses. Process and validate vendor and sub consultant invoices for compliance and accuracy. Respond promptly to vendor and sub consultant inquiries regarding invoices submitted. Administer company credit card program by reconciling monthly statements. Coordinate with cardholders to ensure receipts, coding, and approvals are accurate. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business administration preferred 3 or more years of experience in Accounts Payable required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word required Experience with Deltek/Vantagepoint preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills Must demonstrate proficiency in all core competencies as described and characterized in this job description Let's Talk Perks We take care of our people.
