Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized Associate Event Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of events that reflect our commitment to excellence, learning, and community-building.

 Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 Critical Competencies:Manage and support various aspects of event logistics, including RFPs, venue research, site visits, and vendor coordinationAssist in planning and execution of in-person conferences across several brands, from initial planning to onsite supportCollaborate with internal teams to gather meeting requirements and support the creation of detailed event specificationsMonitor event budgets and managing expenses, support invoice processing and financial reconciliationServe as a key point of contact for speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors assuring accurate communication and coordination of deliverablesProvide on-site event management support, helping ensure smooth execution and positive attendee experienceCoordinate the production of event materials and assist in organizing presentation contentContribute to post-event reporting, including collecting feedback and compiling performance metricsSupport attendee engagement by helping implement creative, branded, and thoughtful event experiencesStay up to date on trends and help incorporate new ideas and best practices into events

 Qualifications:Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite- Word, Excel, PPT, OutlookStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize responsibilitiesExcellent verbal/written communication skillsAbility to manage tasks and meet deadlinesCapability to work independently as well as part of a teamExperience with event tech platforms (e.g. registration tools, virtual event platforms CRM systems).
