Assembly Lead *Shift: 2nd, (1pm-9pm)* *Pay: $20-$22/hr (Based on experience)* Are you an experienced assembler with strong leadership skills and advanced soldering/crimping ability? Our client is looking for a skilled and motivated Assembly Lead to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support to the production floor and act as the go-to person when the supervisor is not present. Job Description: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and documentation Perform advanced soldering, crimping, and assembly of electronic components Identify wire, cable, labels, and sleeving for production use Operate and change tooling in bench-top crimpers and test fixtures Conduct in-process inspections and verify documentation accuracy Set up jobs, source approved samples, and complete production paperwork Troubleshoot assembly or component issues and recommend changes Perform continuity and hi-pot testing Print labels, perform tooling checks, and support kitting/bagging for shipments Submit PCRs (Product Change Requests) when build processes or BOMs need updates Support team with IPC questions and best practices Maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with company standards Act as department lead in supervisor's absence
