Job Title: Field System Analyst Location(s): Clifton Park, NY Role Overview: The Field System Analyst (FSA) will serve as the primary on-site technology contact for Albany and provide support to Rochester and New York during sale-day operations. The FSA's main responsibility is ensuring technology uptime on Sale Days. The role requires proactive presale checks, swift troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams or vendors when issues arise. The FSA will act as a trusted technology partner to auction management and ensure that all technology systems are fully functional every day-on both sale and non-sale days. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for technology support at Manheim Albany, with coverage at Manheim New York. Perform presale technology checks (starting by 7:00 AM on Thursdays for 9:00 AM sales). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly, escalating when necessary. Provide recommendations and lead local resolution efforts for technology-related problems. Partner with auction management to ensure seamless technology operations. Maintain high standards of customer service and communication with both local teams and remote support groups. Work Locations: Albany, Clifton Park, NY New York, NY Planned Weekly Schedule: 3 days at Albany (Clifton Park) 2 days at New York (Newburgh) Fridays: Office closes at 1:00 PM (no overtime required). Requirements: Target Experience: 5+ years Top 5 Must Haves: Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills Experience supporting a Microsoft enterprise environment Understanding of network technologies Strong technical troubleshooting skills Additional Details: Candidates must be local (second-round interviews will be onsite at Clifton Park, NY).
