Position Summary: Join a high-impact team supporting large-scale GPU deployments in an enterprise data center environment. As an L4 Technician, you'll be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, hardware handling, and infrastructure support across multiple data center sites. This role requires a strong knowledge in data center operations and a willingness to travel extensively. Key Responsibilities: * Remove network cables as part of data center decommissioning efforts * Run, label, and stage power and networking cables * Perform DBD removal (no scanning required) * Follow documented procedures for installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, replacing, and decommissioning equipment under the guidance of Data Center Technician Leads * Prepare, stage, and perform basic hardware startups and shutdowns using checklists and standard procedures * Conduct physical audits of data center assets * Monitor systems for equipment failures or performance issues * Respond to error messages and resolve or escalate issues as needed * Assist in testing and debugging new programs in collaboration with programmers and analysts * Operate spreadsheet and data tools to manipulate and report on system data Qualifications: Required: * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components * Familiarity with productivity tools for communication and documentation * Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time * Ability to work across all Milwaukee data center sites as a home base Preferred: * Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training * 5+ years of hands-on data center experience (7+ years strongly preferred) Top Skills: * Data Center Operations * Cabling (Power & Network) * Hardware Installation & Troubleshooting * Infrastructure Support Additional Information: * Candidates must be open to frequent travel across the U.S. (up to 75%) * Must be flexible to support multiple data center locations as needed * Experience Level: Intermediate Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $50.00/hr.
