Overview Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM Cedar County Are you passionate about helping people in crisis and making a real impact in your community? As a Co-Responder, you'll work side by side with first responders and law enforcement, providing critical support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Your role is essential in connecting people to the right resources, preventing unnecessary emergency room visits, and reducing preventable arrests. You'll be a bridge between mental health care and law enforcement, helping to create safer, healthier outcomes for everyone involved.
