Henry Ford Health System is seeking a passionate, creative, and thoughtful Senior Video Producer to join our growing Creative Services Team. We are transforming healthcare marketing, and we are seeking an individual eager to join our expanding team of creative professionals. The ideal candidate will have an established portfolio of video production work and will collaborate with leadership and business units to turn complex messages into emotionally impactful video content for both internal and external audiences. They should possess the skills and experience necessary to manage the entire production process, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, color grading, and delivery to multiple channels. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, film, design, broadcast, media production, or related field. At least five (5) years of experience in an agency, or at a commercial production company, or internal corporate media production environment. Experience with pre-production planning, production management and post-production with Premiere pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience leading overseeing both live-action productions and post-production pipelines. Experience with scheduling, project management and time management for self and team. Understanding and producing videos for ever-changing digital and social media platforms. Adept at storytelling in a visual medium. Staying on top of consumer demand and changing video viewing habits. Flexible, positive attitude in the face of high pressure and stressful situations. Excellent grammar and written communication skills. Open mind and learning-oriented.
