Wear Specialist - Springfield, MO

Job Summary:

Provide specialized knowledge, marketing and sales support for undercarriage and ground engaging tool product lines that meet or exceed assigned corporate sales and gross profit objectives while maintaining a superior rating in customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide and Conduct Inspections and Evaluations of GET & Undercarriage products utilizing CTS Pro and Bucket Pro software to provide recommendations for repairs and maintenance of products that insure optimum product life and value for the customer.
• Work with the Product Support Sales Team to properly match undercarriage and G.E.T to soil/job conditions for enhanced machine performance.
• Assist the Product Support team by providing input and assist with forecasting to help with proper inventory levels and mix to meet machine population requirements and exceed sales objectives.
• Develop an understanding of current Marketing and Merchandising programs designed to increase Sales and Gross Profit for our Undercarriage, and G.E.T. Products offerings.
• Work with the Product Support Management Team to identify targets to help manage their Undercarriages and Ground Engaging Tools.
• Help arrange and conduct customer Undercarriage & G.E.T. and "Cat Care" meetings throughout the territory.
• Monitor and report all pertinent Undercarriage, G.E.T. market information relative to competitive activity, customer information and product performance.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous Product Support Sales or Machine Sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of products and services Fabick Cat sells is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fabick Cat's Dealer Business System preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and knowledgeable of customer operations.
• Must have strong initiative, be approachable, tolerant and a responsible team player.
• Ability to navigate sensitive customer/dealer relationships required.
• Overnight travel as necessary.
