Mail Processor

Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Mail Processor in Scottsdale, AZ!

This role is 100% on-site and has a specific schedule. We will only consider candidates who can comfortably commute to our client's location in Scottsdale, AZ. In addition, you must be able to work the following schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• A few weekdays
• Could be 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:

• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
• Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position.

As a Mail Processor, you will be responsible for operating high-volume production printers and inserters, ensuring accurate and timely processing of mail. Your ability to multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy in a dynamic environment will be crucial to your success. Responsibilities:

• Operate production printers and inserters.
• Verify print jobs against provided documentation.
• Fold and insert printed materials into various envelopes.
• Apply postage and prepare mail for dispatch.
• Perform other mailroom functions as needed.
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow to meet tight deadlines.
• Adhere to strict quality control standards.
• Lift and move boxes of paper and envelopes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work on your feet for extended periods.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16.47 - $18.30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
