Job Title: Project Manager - SaaS Systems Location: Onsite at company headquarters (5 days/week) Employment Type: Full-Time Summary: Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead vendor-driven SaaS system initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, and process improvements. This role supports enterprise optimization efforts and requires strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end SaaS projects with vendor teams. * Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. * Align project goals with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration. * Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Clarity PPM. Qualifications: * 5-7 years of project management experience. * Experience with SaaS systems and vendor coordination. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Active PMP certification or currently pursuing it (meaning will have active PMP in the next 30 days) Preferred Skills: * Process improvement and SDLC knowledge * Experience with project planning and reporting tools Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $68.00/hr.
