Communications Project Manager

Preference is for this to be onsite Tuesday and Wednesday in Morris Plains, NJ, otherwise, Eastern time is required

As a Member Experience Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development, review, and approval of member communications, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and client needs. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll manage the creation of essential plan documents, welcome kits, and annual renewal packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes will be essential to success.

What You'll Do:

• Manage client requirements and develop member communications within a defined scope.
• Oversee development, review, and timelines for a portfolio of clients.
• Prioritize and maintain project schedules, assessing and mitigating risks.
• Provide operational teams with document releases, package contents, and specifications.

Must-Haves:

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proven project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow documented processes and work instructions.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5-7+ years of communications and program management experience.
• Experience in client-facing interactions.
• Healthcare industry experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $35 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
