Job Summary

Join a thriving organization and take the next step in your leadership journey. We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented District Operations Manager to help oversee and elevate our refreshment operations. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with the District Manager to drive operational excellence, support strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure branch financial performance aligns with company goals and client expectations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maximize productivity and contribute to the development of accurate forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Policy Compliance: Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistent application across the district.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with scheduling and execution of new installations and service rollouts.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and support business growth.
  • Training & Development: Assess training needs and coordinate development programs for Customer Service Managers.
  • Labor Relations: Lead union contract negotiations and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant operational or leadership experience.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities in dynamic and non-standardized environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
