About the Role: The Senior Principle Learning Design Consultant is a full-time, U.S.-based remote role focused on enabling partner success and driving revenue growth for Coursera's strategic accounts. You will play a critical role in shaping high-impact, skill-aligned learning programs that meet learner needs and respond to market demand. Coursera is looking for a highly skilled and innovative Learning Designer to join our team at an IC6 level. This person will collaborate closely with our analytics team, external partners, and teams working to meld AI into education products. The selected candidate will provide learning design guidance and bring expertise in Python, statistics, psychometrics, and adaptive learning to the group. Additionally, this professional will be responsible for managing and updating our forthcoming achievement architecture, ensuring that credentials are issued upon successful completion of skills-based learning assignments. This individual will also collaborate with a key strategic account to develop new learning products and conduct research and experiments that inform the creation and refinement of these products.
