Production Floor Associate

Looking for a hands-on role in manufacturing where no two days are the same? Staffmark is hiring a Production Floor Associate in Chester, NY! Join a dynamic team, operate a variety of production machines, and help bring high-quality products from start to finish. Pay: $16-$22/hr, depending on experience

Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Operate production machines including laser printers, Gerber multi-ply fabric cutters, heat transfer, calendar transfer machines, and embroidery machines; manage cut files accurately.
• Spread and cut materials, conduct quality inspections, and assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Handle shipping and receiving, maintain inventory records using basic computer systems, and ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace (may include forklift operation).
• Provide backup for other operators, follow instructions accurately, and assist with additional tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Physical stamina to lift heavy boxes and stand for long periods
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and machine operation
• Prior experience with apparel manufacturing machinery is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills
