Machine Operator

This outstanding position for you is in Piney Flats, TN as a Machine Operator.

We offer a variety of shifts so you can pick the schedule that fits you best. These range from the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, Monday - Friday, with alternate days and weekends off.

Pay rate: $15 - $19/hr.

Responsibilities:

The role involves operating a machine that automatically processes paper or plastic film into bags, including measuring, printing, cutting, folding, gluing, or sealing materials. Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting the machine to ensure quality production, changing components, inspecting for defects, maintaining the correct bag count, and completing production reports. The role also includes managing the in-line printing process, maintaining equipment, entering production data, and adhering to all company policies, safety standards, and AIB compliance requirements. Additional tasks may be assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications: Must have machine operator experience or mechanical experience. Must have a resume with job descriptions with at least the last 3 or 4 jobs with job descriptions for HR to review.
