Job Title: Application Administrator Lead

Worksite Location: 511 Farber Lakes Drive, Buffalo, NY 14221

Job Description:

Leading the design, development, implementation, operations and support of critical TIBCO enterprise applications using the TIBCO suite of products. Lead enterprise integration projects by holding stand-up meetings with Developers, Managers and Architects. Design and implement integration workflows for automating health insurance enrollment, claim processing, member management, and policy data exchange with external systems. Map and transform health insurance-related data formats, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) (including codes 877, 834, 837, 820, 277) and Health Level Seven (HL7) into standardized formats for integration between applications, including claims processing, billing systems, and customer service portals. Develop automated workflows for processing health insurance claims, managing approvals, denials, payments, and notifications through TIBCO BusinessWorks and other integrated systems. Responsible for TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.X (BW6) installations, deployment, setup, creation, upgrade, hotfixes, and vulnerability fixes using Azure pipelines and Jenkins. Using TIBCO Enterprise Administrator graphical user interface to create BW6 domains, App Spaces, App Nodes, TIBCO Hawk monitoring setup & rules, and patches. Installing and setting up Foresight Transaction Insight web user interface. Implement data validation logics to ensure that claims, policies, and member information conform to regulatory requirements and business rules. Optimizing integration solutions for high volume transactions, setting up Jenkins and Azure pipelines, and building and deploying TIBCO CI/CD automation jobs using Maven, Microsoft Azure, Nexus, and GIT. Upgrading BW6 environment and CI/CD framework based on user requirements. Installing, setting up, and supporting a Java Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Application using Ansible Playbooks. Creating Splunk alerts, dashboards for TIBCO Foresight and ECM Applications support with Ansible skills.

May telecommute.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a Master's (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field plus three (3) years experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, requires a Bachelor's (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field plus five (5) years (post degree, progressive) experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Special Skill Requirements:

Designing and development, support of enterprise applications using TIBCO suite of products (TIBCO Business Works & EMS). Leading and handling enterprise integration projects. Supporting major and minor production releases and fixing start-fail and deployment issues. Worked on TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x deployments using Azure pipelines and Jenkins. Holding stand-up meetings with Developers, Managers, and Architects. Supporting Java applications using Ansible Playbooks. Building and deploying end-to-end continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) automation jobs for TIBCO using Maven, Nexus, and Microsoft Azure. Creating tidal automation jobs for starting and stopping TIBCO BusinessWorks software applications. Using TIBCO Enterprise Administrator graphical user interface to create BusinessWorks domains, Appspaces, and Appnodes. Using TIBCO Hawk and the TIBCO Foresight suite of products, including Instream, Transaction Insight, and Translator Attachment Adapter.

Base Salary: $111,000 to $147,000 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F

In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
