***This position is an Onsite role based out of our Chicago, IL office.***

About you

You are well known for constantly delivering accurate, top-quality work for your clients. You can successfully guide projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization in regard to their design needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients!

Your role at Colliers will be strategic, conceptual, and executional-leveraging design as a way of articulating possibilities, solutions, and vision. We are looking for a highly creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer!

In this role, you will...

  • Serve as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design, format, and production in alignment with established company templates and brand guidelines.

  • Design and produce both Colliers and custom branded visual marketing materials, including new business proposals/pitches, market overview presentations, offering memorandums, broker opinions of value brochures, flyers, and maps that make brilliant first impressions for our clients/prospects

  • Design the elements for successful client engagement projects (digital, print, interactive, etc.) facilitating the process from start to finish

  • Successfully promote high-level adoption of corporate standards for all visual communications

  • Partner with sales professionals and team players to help align a vision with a client's need, pursuing each opportunity with optimism, clarity of thought and differentiating Colliers in the process

  • Communicate on a regular basis with internal clients (follow-through and follow-up), meeting commitments and deadlines

  • Proactively manage and prioritize your workflow. Follow-up as necessary on needed content to ensure projects remain on deadline.

  • Devise strong visual solutions for research-based information such as statistical graphs, charts, and tables and able to create infographics

  • Be highly adaptable to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with minimal direction/supervision

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of graphic design experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in online design, advertising, and email marketing.

  • Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro & Ceros are a bonus.

  • Photography experience is a bonus.

Compensation Range

Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information:

Area/Location Specific: Chicago, IL.

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $74,000 to $83,000

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
