Weekend PM Sanitation Position
(Friday - Saturday - Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

The Sanitation role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production rooms and equipment according to established procedures.

As you grow within Masters Gallery Foods, you'll receive wage increases at both 90 days and one year. Here's the breakdown:

• Start: $26.29
• 90 Days: $26.56
• 1 Year: $27.35

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Equipment for Cleaning: Remove product, cover electrical components, disassemble parts, and remove guards and catch pans.
• Clean Equipment: Use air guns to remove loose product, scrub surfaces, apply cleaning solutions, and rinse with hot water.
• Clean Parts: Place small components in stainless steel baskets for cleaning in a heated, agitated solution.
• Prepare Cleaning Solutions: Ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing solutions are mixed and applied.
• Sanitize Equipment: Apply sanitizing solutions to all food contact surfaces after cleaning.
• Reassemble Equipment: Reinstall components after cleaning and sanitizing.

What We're Looking for:

• Basic mechanical skills and ability to visually inspect equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Strong reading skills to identify chemical contents.
• Understanding of safe chemical handling, with completion of a sanitation chemical safety class.
• Consistent, reliable attendance.

Work Environment:

• Clean facilities with a range of temperatures.
